These terms govern the purchase and use of our digital proposal workspace products and setup services. Products are ready-made digital structures delivered for self-application. Services include the setup and adaptation of proposal workspaces, offer sections, pricing layouts, approval steps and related text to a client's business process. We work only with general-purpose, non-sensitive business materials.
Product prices range from $200 to $700 and service prices from $300 to $900, as quoted before each engagement. Payment terms, delivery timelines and the exact scope of each order are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work on a service engagement starts after the agreed payment terms are met.
Products are delivered as digital structures with usage instructions. Services are delivered as configured workspace pages, tested for page flow, approval logic and enquiry sections. Clients have a review period after delivery during which reasonable adjustment requests within the agreed scope are addressed.
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the delivered workspace structures for their own business proposals. Underlying templates, methods and structural formats remain our property and may be reused in other client work. Client materials provided to us remain the client's property.
We provide structural and presentational work only. We do not guarantee sales results, conversion rates or client approvals, and we do not provide financial, legal, medical, cybersecurity, regulated or licensed services. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the business information presented in their proposals.
